Finally home again after a tough race in Qatar. We have both positive and negative experiences from the race. The positive was that Johan showed that he belongs to the upper half of the lineup. The negative was that we blew our best engine during time training.

We changed engines before the race but sadly the spare engine was very hard to start. Johan didn’t get it going until the rest of the field had finished almost a whole lap. About ten laps before the finish line, the powertrim and servo was out of power caused by the problems during the startup. Considering this, Johan did a remarkable race, ending in 9:th place.

Johan had the 5:th and 7:th best lap times during time training. Now we are looking forward to the race in Saudi in mid Febrary!
